Show Home design is both challenging and exciting as you never know what the next project is going to involve at the outset. I have produced many show homes for developers, thriving on the challenge of working to a tight budget and deadline. After an initial consultation many developers like to leave the whole project with me, so that they can carry on with new projects and meet deadlines of their own. Others like to be involved throughout and I enjoy working as part of a team to create the right look. My aim is always to produce a scheme with the 'wow factor' which entices people to buy the product. I am happy producing cutting edge contemporary schemes for new builds but also experienced in creating a show home which is sympathetic to a conversion of a listed building bringing in elements of the 21st century yet optimising the splendour of the architecture. One of my recent projects was at Felcourt Manor in Surrey, a Tudor manor house converted into eight luxury apartments. I was asked to create a show home in keeping with the building but appealing to the developers' target market. A reservation was taken for the Show Home on the opening day for viewings. Home Staging Both private clients and estate agents alike ask for my advise on properties which come on the market or remain for sale not producing the interest hoped for. First impressions are everything when it comes to selling your home. You only have one chance to make the vital impact when purchasers view your property for the first time. Every property has huge potential to create the right ambience but all too often home owners become acclimatised to their way of living. I can see your home from a professional viewpoint and instinctively advise on what needs to be done. Often rearranging furniture or changing a wall colour can make a huge difference. I can help you make your home stand out from the crowd. Recent clients include B. J. Babb Ltd, Building Contractors from East Sussex and Scandia Hus, Swedish new home builders from Surrey. |
